The Concept - a strong concept communicated clearly is vital for this as it allows the target market to understand and relate to it. Target Market - focusing on a few specific segments of the population and defining those segments in detailed in terms of demographics, psycho-graphic and behaviors.  Marketing - exploring marketing options such as social media, flyers, coupons, discounts, and events to generate buzz. To get even more traditional, local newspaper ads could also work, as well as offering sales promotions and partnership programs. Cash Flow - projecting industry standard revenues and staff/contractor expenses.
