All projects under $500 must be paid in full in order for our team to began working on your project. Any project over $500 requires a non-refundable 50% deposit before project can began its creative process. Remaining final balance shall be paid upon finalization of project, before web design is released to owner and before any print work is sent off to production (printing, shipping and final files). Special payment plans can be issued upon request only but please know that we cannot began your project until at least 50% of your project is paid.
Our standard turnaround time for digital designs are up to 14 business days. Web design can take up to 6 weeks for completion depending on how soon you can provide all content needed. All branding packages can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on how fast you provide all content for the services apart of the package. Rush fees are permitted for faster turnaround service. If turnaround time has to be extended, we will inform you via email.
For security reasons on both ends we strongly advise all communication to be via email only. This is to ensure we both know exactly verbatim what is going on with your project. Phone calls are accepted and must be scheduled. We will still document all calls via email to save it for the record. All current clients are granted one free call per project.
All projects should be requested at least 2-4 weeks before deadline to ensure your project will be done on time. Please keep in mind lag in providing necessary items, multiple review sessions and lag in communication can lead to a delay in project completion. Rush services are available and can be honored with an additional fee.
All logo projects are presented with up to 3 proofs to choose from. Only 3 free revisions rounds are included in all digital designs. Anything after 3 revisions results in an additional changing fee. Web projects receive 1 proof and 2 free revision rounds and anything after results in additional changing fee.
Yes you can, as long as it is the same or close in value, there is no problem with swamping out services. No more than 2 services can be swapped, but you can purchase add-ons.
All finalized logo files will be sent in color, black, white and inverted in PNG formate and EPS (if requested). Any other design material will be sent as JPEG, PNG or PDF files. Editable or Canva templates files can be requested for an additional fee.
Yes! all payments over $500 can be paid in installments.
